RRB NTPC Eligibility
- Nationality
According to the RRB NTPC eligibility criteria, a candidate writing the exam must belong to the following nationalities:
- A citizen of India
- A subject of Nepal
- A subject of Bhutan
- A Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 to permanently settle in India
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with to permanently settle in India.
- Age Limit
In accordance with the RRB NTPC eligibility criteria, there is an upper and lower age limit set by the RRB for candidates who wish to appear for the RRB NTPC exam. For the 7th CPC Level -2 and 3 (Under Graduate Level Posts) that date of birth of candidates should be between the years given below (both dates inclusive):
However, the relaxation in upper age limit / maximum upper age for the following categories/communities is given as indicated in the table below subject to the submission of requisite certificates.
